2009 – Program Manager for the Federated States of Micronesia Petroleum Corporation (FSMPC), managing the initial capital assets audit, inspections and assessments of all fuel company stationary and mobile diesel plants and equipment in each FSM state (Yap, Chuuk, Pohnpei and Kosrae), to insure all assets are restored to 100% availability.

▸ Developed and implemented an appropriate maintenance strategy
▸ Electrical and diesel asset upgrades
▸ Assets include fuel tanker trucks, back up diesel generator, diesel fuel pumps, diesel fire pumps, electrical switchgears, and automatic transfer switches.
