2011 – 2012 dck-ecc Pacific Guam Construction LLC, construction subcontract at Andersen Air Force Base, for the Forward Operating Logistics (FOL) 34.5kV and 13.8kV high voltage electrical system conversion to include:

▸Installation of new primary underground conductors (1,000MCM, 500MCM, 250MCM, 4/0, 2/0)
▸Installation of Cable Splicing and terminations to switchgear, transformers and substation equipment
