Pacific Airpower Resiliency (PAR)- Dispersed Maintenance Spares and Specialized Equipment Storage Facility,Andersen AFB, Guam
▸This is a “Design-Build” Multiple Award Construction Contract (DB-MACC) project. Furnish all labor; equipment; materials; accessories and incidentals necessary to complete the electrical work at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam as detailed on the Task Order N4019217F4062. Procurement and installation of the following: new main electrical feeder, facility power, lighting, conduit, switches, receptacles and miscellaneous electrical material, new lightning protection, grounding, telecommunication and fire alarm systems. Provide electrical testing and commissioning support to complete the work required.
▸ With the continued buildup of military personnel and equipment, Guam continues to see increased construction activity not only on military installations, but across the entire island. Infrastructure improvements and adequate workspace are vital as the U.S Armed Forces plans the next phase of the buildup in Guam. As a local small business, S.E.T ELECTRIC has a proud history of partnering with various military construction contractors as part of the buildup.

▸As part of the construction phase of the PAR-Disperse Maintenance Facility, S.E.T ELECTRIC provided and installed Facility Power, Lightning and Grounding Systems, and state of the art Telecommunication Systems and Fire Alarm Systems. S.E.T ELECTRIC will also perform all electrical testing to ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded, including ensuring all materials and products used conform to LEED Certification standards. Although this project has encountered many challenges so far, S.E.T ELECTRIC has met all deadlines and requests from NAVFAC and Tikigaq to-date and is committed to delivering the same superior quality of work through its completion.
